I work a full time job from Monday to Friday. I may respond slower and not show much progress on the weekdays. Please be patient with me! If it's urgent, feel free to leave a DM or an email stating your concerns.

I'm prone to being sick and it can be random and at unexpected times. I'll be sure to give you an update when something comes up.

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms described herein.

You will agree to the policies of using the commission for personal, non-profit purposes unless otherwise stated, and provide all image credits to me.

The commissioner will receive a full resolution copy of their commission.

Any part of these policies is open to be changed if you discuss it with me prior! Keep note that I also have the right to decline if I don't agree.

Provide a clear reference for your commission. Visual references are highly appreciated!

Please discuss the commission with me first to see what I may or may not be comfortable with drawing.

I reserve the right to decline a commission if it makes me uncomfortable.

Violators will be added to my blacklist indefinitely and without warning.

After the commission request is submitted, you will be contacted within 2-5 days or up until a week. If I don't respond by a week, feel free to send me a DM or another inquiry via email.

The commission will take from about 1 week to 2 months to finish depending on your queue, my own health and well-being, and/or the complexity of your commissions.

Please note that it may take longer if some circumstances arise as I am prone to get sick. I will be sure contact you if anything comes up.

You may request an estimated delivery time for your commission but I'm free to decline if I am not able to meet the deadline at the moment.

When a rough draft sketch is presented, feedback is welcomed.

Major revisions and changes are only permitted during the sketching phase.

There will be no major revisions made after the final sketch draft.

Payments will be mostly done via Paypal.

You can request an alterative way of payment should you not be able to do so via Paypal. (Such as if you want to commission me in IDR)

The commissioner is required to pay 50% of the inntial price firsthand before I can start the commission.

The remaining balance can be sent after the final artwork is presented.

Please discuss with me beforehand if you'd like a refund.

50% of payment is refunded if I have started the sketch for the commission. That means 50% of the initial down payment.

There will be no refunds permitted after the final draft of the sketch is presented.

A refund maybe permitted if I'm unable to finish the work or if I haven't started coloring after 1 month of presenting the lineart (or clean sketch in case of lineless). The amount refunded is negotiable.
